つかまり立ち Grab and Stand

今日の朝、ついにかいボーイ、自らつかまり立ちしました。いつものようにあーあーうーうー聞こえてきて、あー起きたな～と思ってた私達。メローがトイレに行って、かいくんの部屋をのぞいてみると、

「あーーーー、めぐちゃんすぐきてーーー」とめろーが。

行ってみるとかいくん、この状態でした。ベットの高さを調整しないと危ないね。

すぐにカメラをとりに行って撮ったもんなんで、ぶれまくりです。すんません。

ここ、２週間ぐらい腕を強くしようといろんなものにつかまってトレーニングしてたので、

彼にとって、念願だったのでしょう。終始にこにこでした。

This morning we heard Kai gooing and gaaing in his bed. He is very happy when he first wakes up unless no one comes to get him for 10 minutes. Merrill went to the bathroom and went to get Kai. When he opened the door he found Kai waiting for him... LIKE THIS. Merrill called for me to come quickly. When I saw him standing I grabbed the camera and snapped these shots. He has been training for weeks doing pull ups around the house to accomplish this feat. He is so proud of himself.

おまけ

１週間前の写真。この子、にんじんが一番好きなんです。

とってもおいしいので、顔にも食べさせてあげたいのです。

Extra prize

Kai's favorite food is carrots. He would eat a whole gallon a day if we let him. He likes them so much that he bathes himself in them to rejuvenate his skin.
